Standing Rib Roast aka Prime Rib
A Standing Rib Roast is a cut of beef from the “primal rib” section, of which there are nine. Margie made this one off-bone, cooked it to perfection the night before, and then this was our dinner the following day!
Isn’t that just the most beautiful stack of steaks that a person could ever ask for? They were perfectly pink in the middle, so a quick grazing in the pan was enough to bring them to anyone’s perfect taste, and to melt those delicious strips of fat that run through it!
